Co-Founder & Principal
With over 12 years of experience delivering construction projects internationally — from 1,000 to 100,000 square feet — Sam brings precision project leadership to every engagement. His background spans high-rise office and retail build-outs in Miami and Fort Lauderdale and across the UK, managing budgets, schedules, and multimillion-dollar scopes from preconstruction through closeout. A BSc-qualified Civil Engineer fluent in English and Spanish, Sam is known for white-glove communication and a consistent track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.

With more than 14 years in the construction industry, Victor has built his reputation leading high-end commercial and residential projects with precision and integrity. He specializes in luxury retail, office, condominium, and custom residential construction, bringing hands-on leadership from concept through completion. His portfolio includes multimillion-dollar corporate headquarters, luxury retail build-outs, and condo renovations across South Florida.
